Cancellation/Returns Policy
We hope you are satisfied with your Waterlow products and services and look forward to hearing from you again. However, sometimes problems do occur and for this reason, we advise you to read our returns and cancellations policy below.
Lost Book?
- Books currently in print will be dispatched within 10 days.
- If you have ordered a book in advance of the publication date, your order will have been processed but we cannot send you your book until it is actually published. If you need more information about when the publication date of your book is, click on the relevant page of information about your book (either Legal, Accountancy, Charities or Property)
and download the relevant brochure. Alternatively, email us or call us on 020 7549 8617.
- If you have clarified your publication has been published and you have still not received it please contact our customers services team who will look into your enquiry immediately.

- Claims for missing issues or products must be submitted within three months of the original despatch date. Please note all claims must be in writing to our Customer Services Department (details above).
Cancellations
- Please note that we only accept signed and / or authorised cancellation orders.
- Cancellations are accepted up to 10 weeks prior to publication however this has to be writing to our Customer Services Department (contact details above). Please state clearly which publication this is referring to.
- Repeat or standing orders can only be cancelled up to 10 weeks prior to publication however this has to be writing to our Customer Services Department (contact details above). Please state clearly which publication this is referring to.
Returns
- Returns are NOT accepted unless the goods are faulty upon delivery. If your Waterlow publication is damaged when you receive it, we will of course exchange it. Please contact our customer services department within seven days of receiving the publication to arrange and authorise the return of the publication (contact details above).
